Resource Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resource Specialist to support workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational coordination across teams and projects. The ideal candidate will manage staffing needs, track resource utilization, and collaborate with managers to ensure the right talent is assigned to the right initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resource allocation across projects, departments, or client engagements
  • Monitor resource availability, utilization, and capacity planning
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and project teams to fulfill staffing requirements
  • Maintain accurate resource tracking reports and dashboards
  • Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and workforce coordination activities
  • Identify resource gaps and recommend staffing solutions
  • Support workforce forecasting and planning initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy within resource management systems and tools
  • Communicate staffing updates and project assignments to stakeholders
  • Help optimize operational efficiency and resource productivity

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in resource management, staffing coordination, operations, or workforce planning
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience with resource management, HR, or project tracking tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services, consulting, staffing, or professional services environments
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
