Job description

General Purpose
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Manager(s) with non-technical work associated with current projects.

 

Essential Responsibilities
General Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.
  • Coordinates closely with Project Manager to accurately manage project documentation
  • Manages the Request for Information (RFI) process effectively while relaying the information to the team members and accurately logging the responses.
  • Tracks project submittals and project information such as meeting minutes.
  • Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.
  • Maintains outstanding company-client relationships.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in engineering is a plus.
  • Background in document control software such as Procore is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills.

 

Working Conditions
Work Environment: Work is performed in an office setting with prolonged periods of sedentary activity.
Travel: Minimal travel may be required depending on assignments (0-10%)
Physical Activities: Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Managerial Responsibility: None.
