What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role is visible. The right candidate has a strong design instinct, earns trust quickly, and becomes the creative force behind how Priority's SMB products look, feel, and land with their audiences. Day to day, that means delivering polished assets on deadline; over time, it means owning the visual standard for everything our products put into the world.
Marketing assets, including social, email, campaigns, and product launches, are consistently on-brand, visually compelling, and produced without requiring heavy rounds of revision.
Stakeholders stop describing what they want and start saying "make it look like that," because this role has established a recognizable, trusted design voice.
Product videos are built with intention: clear structure, strong visual hierarchy, and a conversion goal that's reflected in every design decision.
Landing pages and digital touchpoints reflect sound UX thinking, not just aesthetics, but layouts that guide the user toward action.
The brand library is treated as a living system where assets are consistent, reusable, and organized so the team isn't starting from scratch on every project.
Product launches never go out looking unfinished, internal and external materials are ready, cohesive, and reflect the quality of the product itself.
SMB product content is consistently accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule; stakeholders across the organization trust you to own the full lifecycle of a content asset from brief to launch without handholding.
Product adoption metrics improve as a direct result of clear, well-structured educational materials and success is visible in how quickly employees, partners, and customers understand and begin using SMB products.
New content formats (animated video, micro-learning, simulations) are explored and introduced in ways that raise the bar for the team; this role is a source of creative momentum, not just maintenance.
