Job description

This is a remote position.

Specialist.PH is looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist with strong technical expertise. This role is focused on building, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate understands customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and how to design flows that engage audiences without gaps or “orphaned” emails.

What You Will Do…

  • Build, manage, and optimize advanced Klaviyo flows using conditional splits and logic

  • Develop and refine segmentation strategies to target customer groups effectively

  • Conduct regular audits of email accounts and flows to identify and fix “orphaned” or misaligned emails

  • Create, test, and launch popups, signup forms, and other capture tools in Klaviyo

  • Analyze campaign and flow performance, providing recommendations for improvement
    Map and implement lifecycle-based customer journeys across email touchpoints

  • Stay up to date with Klaviyo updates and best practices to improve campaign outcomes



Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, with proven Klaviyo expertise.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, conditional splits, segmentation, and forms)

  • Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping

  • Proven experience running audits and optimizing email account structure

  • Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven improvements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English)

  • Comfortable talking to clients on the phone

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)
