What makes you a great fit

  • 1–3 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer for attribution and campaign analysis.
  • Experience working with both the publisher side and the supply side of the mobile advertising ecosystem.
  • Understanding of mobile performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention).
  • Analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency (Upper-intermediate).


Your day-to-day in this position

  • Launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple traffic sources.
  • Work closely with publishers and supply partners to scale high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key KPIs using AppsFlyer and other analytics tools.
  • Test new traffic sources, creatives, and optimization strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign efficiency and achieve growth targets.
