Job description

Job Title: Program Manager – MHE Submetering Sustainability

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a multi-site sustainability project focused on deploying energy monitoring solutions across multiple fulfillment centers in Europe. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery within the agreed timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for a multi-site energy monitoring deployment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, site stakeholders, IT, vendors, and operations teams.
  • Maintain project trackers, deployment milestones, action logs, and status reports.
  • Lead weekly or bi-weekly progress meetings and follow up on key actions.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and delays, and escalate them with clear mitigation plans.
  • Prepare structured project updates, executive summaries, and business narratives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover at the end of the project.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Experience managing multi-site or cross-country deployment projects.
  • Background in logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of industrial automation, PLC systems, or MHE equipment.
  • Familiarity with energy monitoring, submetering, SCADA, BMS, or IoT platforms.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure deployment is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
