Job description

Job Description: This role will be in support of our Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team, who is experiencing a hiring surge across our business. Expectations may include sourcing for critical/hard to fill positions, mining talent from our ATS, managing referrals, contacting candidates, partnering with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process, supporting hiring events and/or managing a req load with full lifecycle recruiting support.

This is a high volume, fast paced environment and will require attention to detail, ability to work independently, think creatively, problem solve and follow process. To be successful you must have a demonstrated track record in recruiting, sourcing and/or talent acquisition.
Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/ solutions as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
