Join our Team and advance your career as a Partner Integration Manager

As a Partner Integration Manager within bp’s FBT Customer team, you will facilitate the connection between FBT functions and the bp businesses operating in the Europe (including embedded Business Technology Centres). You will drive performance and promote insights from the activities that FBT performs on behalf of Europe, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and measurable business outcomes. Ultimately, you will be the single point of accountability for FBT in Europe.

In this role You will:

Partner Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior partners across FBT and bp Europe businesses

  • Act as a primary liaison to ensure clear communication, alignment of objectives, and effective issue resolution

  • Proactively find opportunities for improvement, potential gaps/ issues, areas of partner dissatisfaction to drive stronger relationships and continuous improvement

Strategy Development and Execution

  • Design and implement integration and engagement strategies that support business growth and operational excellence

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and oversee their execution

Governance

  • Lead governance initiatives to ensure compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement

  • Establish and monitor frameworks that promote Ways of Working and organizational standard processes

Transformation

  • Support transformation projects by demonstrating insights, feedback, and standard processes to motivate change

  • Champion innovation and facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies within both FBT and Europe businesses

What You will need to be successful:

  • Degree in business, Management, Economics, or a related field

  • Solid years of experience in partner engagement, integration, or business partnership roles, ideally within large, matrixed organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with senior partners across diverse business units

  • Strong governance background, with experience leading compliance and transparency frameworks

  • Track record of supporting transformation projects, including the adoption of new processes and technologies

  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner leadership skills

  • Influence bp’s customer-facing business strategies

  • Drive measurable improvements in service delivery and operational performance

  • Be a key contributor to bp’s transformation into a more agile, tech-enabled organization
