Regional Head – Ad Sales will own and scale ad revenue for Z1 Tech (VDO.AI). This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building senior client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team across agencies and brands. 

What will you do as Regional Head - Ad Sales :
  • Own and deliver annual ad revenue targets and sales pipeline.
  • Define and execute the ad sales strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build and manage senior relationships with agencies, brands, and strategic partners.
  • Drive large-value negotiations and close complex, strategic deals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Ad Ops to strengthen go-to-market execution.
  • Represent the company at key industry forums and client events.  
  • Set up meetings and have strategic discussions with marketing leaders
  • Prepare for meetings by researching each company, their current marketing strategy, and their unique challenges

  • What are we looking for :
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, ad tech, or a related industry, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of owning large revenue numbers and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong agency and brand relationships across display, video, native, and programmatic.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in ad tech, programmatic, or video advertising preferred.
