As a Software Engineer for our client's Edgewise platform, you will join a cutting-edge AI-native development group building cloud-edge software, automation, and optimization applications that help the world's tier-1 cellular network operators improve network performance at scale.

Responsibilities:
— Work with a group of talented engineers providing innovative solutions to Cellular Networks problems.
— Design and implement complex algorithms.
— Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.
— Have end-to-end ownership: design, build, test, ship, and maintain full-stack solutions for large-scale products.
— Leverage modern development pipelines, CI/CD, testing, and code quality practices to deliver high-impact solutions.
— Work in an AI-native engineering environment that uses modern coding agents and spec-driven development to accelerate high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• 7+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (5+ years on the backend and 3+ years on frontend are also suitable)

• Stable long-term involvement in projects for 2+ years.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English.

• Fluent in server-side technologies and architecture (Java / Kotlin).

• Proficient in Microservices and Spring Boot.

• Expert in the latest JavaScript technologies (Vue.js / React).

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive, cross-browser development.

• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST or GraphQL APIs.

• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.

• Experience with building large-scale platforms.

• Experience with SQL (MySQL, Postgres) and/or NoSQL (Vertica) DB types.

• Experience with cloud development and deployment (AWS, GCP or Azure).

• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar agents as part of the software development lifecycle.

• Self-driven, independent, and a strong team player.

Good to have:

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with big data applications using advanced SQL capabilities.

• Familiar with Clean Code, SOLID and high software engineering practices.

• Experience working with Vertica or other column-oriented databases.

• Experience with Linux and Kubernetes.

• Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI coding agents is a strong advantage.
