Job description

The Role:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for delivering accurate financial records, reporting, reconciliations, and client accounting services while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting activities.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and invoicing.
Support payroll processing and cash flow forecasting.
Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements.
Collaborate with clients to resolve financial queries.
Support process transitions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
3–6 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Bill.com, or similar platforms.
Advanced Excel skills.

Great to Have:

Experience supporting international clients.
Exposure to multi-entity accounting environments.
