Job description

The Role:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for delivering accurate financial records, reporting, reconciliations, and client accounting services while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting activities.

  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements.

  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and invoicing.

  • Support payroll processing and cash flow forecasting.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements.

  • Collaborate with clients to resolve financial queries.

  • Support process transitions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

  • 3–6 years of accounting experience.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Bill.com, or similar platforms.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

Great to Have:

  • Experience supporting international clients.
