You’ll own day-to-day marketing execution with a singular focus: driving applications and filling cohorts. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role where success means consistent output, strong messaging, and measurable enrollment impact.
Own execution across key marketing channels
Build a repeatable content + distribution engine
Drive demand for Cohort 1 and beyond
Execute daily marketing to drive applications and enrollment
Create and publish social content with consistent cadence
Develop lightweight creative assets and promotional materials
Test messaging and iterate based on performance
Support campaign planning and rapid execution cycles
Track basic performance metrics and optimize output
Collaborate with founder and team on positioning
Proven hands-on marketing execution experience
Strong writing and messaging skills across audiences
Daily use of AI tools for content and workflows
Ability to move quickly and prioritize high-impact work
Comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Clear communication and ownership mindset
Understanding of growth, funnels, and conversion basics
Experience marketing education, cohorts, or communities
Strong social/content instincts (hooks, formats, distribution)
Familiarity with PPC/SEO or working alongside specialists
Portfolio of shipped campaigns or content
Fully remote, flexible work setup
Up to ~$2,000 USD/month (based on experience)
High ownership in a fast-moving, early-stage company
