Perstorp Animal Nutrition is looking for a motivated and results-driven


Technical Sales Manager – Central / Eastern Europe & Balkan Region
(Fulltime)

As a Technical Sales Manager for Perstorp Animal Nutrition, you will be responsible for managing your designated region and driving sales growth through strong technical support and customer engagement. In a dynamic and growing B2B market, you will be part of the Sales organization, working closely with Marketing & Technology in an open, collaborative, and performance-driven environment. A key part of this role is to position Perstorp as a preferred technical partner for customers, working in close partnership to understand their challenges and identify the right solutions.

This role combines technical expertise with key account management, with a strong focus on distributors across Central/Eastern Europe and the Balkan region. You will spend most of your time technically promoting our solutions, visiting customers, and supporting distributors through training and hands-on guidance, always aiming to build long-term partnerships and create value through tailored, effective solutions.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Drive sales performance in the region (Central/Eastern Europe, Balkan region), achieving targets for volume, revenue, and margin

  • Provide high-quality technical support, training, and guidance to customers and partners

  • Develop and manage customer relationships to grow new business and maintain existing accounts

  • Support and execute commercial trials and ensure proper follow-up and data collection

  • Monitor market trends and share insights on competitors and opportunities

  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technology, Regulatory) to align on strategy and customer needs

  • Represent Perstorp in the market through events, networking, and customer engagement

What do we expect from you?

You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Agricultural or Life Sciences and have strong experience in technical sales, research, or support within the animal nutrition or feed industry. You bring in-depth knowledge of the regional market, including its structure and key influencers.

You have a proven track record of achieving commercial results while delivering technical value to customers. You are customer-oriented, commercially driven, and capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally.

  • Are an excellent communicator with strong presentation and networking skills

  • Combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset

  • Are proactive, independent, and solution-oriented

  • Are a team player with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions

  • Are willing to travel frequently within the region
