About the Role
In this customer facing role, you will lead the design, implementation and delivery of complex technology, document management, workflow and print solutions for enterprise customers. Working closely with Sales, Technical Services, project teams and customer stakeholders, you will provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle from discovery workshops and requirements analysis through to solution design, deployment, training and project handover. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by helping customers improve business processes, maximise technology investments and achieve measurable operational outcomes.
Scope of Role
- Designing and implementing Canon and third-party technology solutions
- Driving customer workshops, discovery sessions and solution scoping activities
- Translating business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
- Managing and delivering complex implementation projects and proof-of-concept solutions
- Providing technical expertise and pre-sales support to sales teams and customers
- Developing project documentation, implementation plans, training materials and operational processes
- Identifying change requests, additional service opportunities and business improvement initiatives
- Coaching team members and contributing to Professional Services best practices and capability development
About You
You are a customer-focused technology consultant who enjoys solving complex business challenges and delivering successful outcomes. You combine strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from end users through to senior executives. You thrive in project-based environments, can manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of outcomes from concept through to delivery. Key Skills and Experience include:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT consulting, systems integration, professional services or a related technology environment
- Strong knowledge of document management, workflow automation, imaging, print management or related technologies
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting business analysis and developing technical solutions
- Proven experience delivering customer projects, implementations or technology transformations
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to design effective customer solutions
- Sound understanding of IT environments, systems integration and solution delivery methodologies
- Project management, business analysis or industry certifications will be highly regarded
