About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity exists for a Business Operations Administrator to join our Business Operations team based in Macquarie Park. This role plays a critical part in supporting the administration, governance and billing processes that underpin our cloud and managed services business. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Service Delivery and other internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure accurate billing, revenue allocation, reconciliation activities and operational reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys analysing data, improving processes and delivering exceptional internal customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Scope of Role

  • Supporting recurring billing and month-end operational activities across cloud and managed services
  • Processing and validating invoices, purchase orders and requisition requests
  • Assisting with revenue assurance, reconciliations and reporting activities to minimise revenue leakage
  • Maintaining and enhancing pricing and product calculators
  • Supporting customer onboarding and contract renewal processes from a billing and administration perspective
  • Assisting with CPI calculations, customer notifications and implementation activities
  • Preparing licence usage reports and operational reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to governance, quality assurance and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Building strong working relationships across Sales, Projects, Finance and Service Delivery teams
  • Providing general administrative support and assisting with stakeholder escalations as required


About You

You are a proactive and highly organised administrator who takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You enjoy working with data, have a strong customer focus and thrive in a collaborative environment where attention to detail and stakeholder engagement are key to success. You are confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining a focus on operational excellence. Key Skills include:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Well-developed stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and exposure to Salesforce is highly regarded
