Job description

Job SummaryThe Product Manager is responsible for supporting discovery and driving product delivery to market, in line with StoneEagle's best practices. Working in close partnership with the VP of Product, this role translates strategic objectives into execution-ready plans and manages a product portfolio through the full development lifecycle. The Product Manager works directly with a cross-functional development team, including product designers, software engineers, and QA, operating in an AI-assisted development environment that moves fast and requires a hands-on, adaptive approach.

Key Responsibilities

•    Partnering with the VP of Product to execute and refine the product strategy for your portfolio 
•    Ensuring product strategy and execution are aligned with company objectives 
•    Supporting customer discovery sessions and synthesizing insights into actionable product decisions 
•    Working cross-functionally to maintain alignment and communication with all stakeholders 
•    Following product management best practices and defining metrics for health and success for each product in the portfolio 
•    Bridging the gap between strategic direction (set by VP of Product) and day-to-day execution 
•    Contributing to GTM readiness by partnering with the VP of Product on launch preparation, stakeholder alignment, and release communication.

Specific Expectations

Coordination & Communication 
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders across the organization. Accurately communicate objectives, organizational benefits, and risks. Monitor relevant success metrics and share data as needed. 

Change Management 
Stay on task and on plan, but adapt to the realities of internal and customer teams. Manage and communicate the impact of changes to all relevant stakeholders in a timely, professional manner. 

Relationship Management 
Build and maintain healthy relationships with team members. Engage in positive communication and actively discourage negative or toxic behavior. 

Process Improvement 
Understand current product management processes and suggest improvements to the process owner. Provide data that highlights opportunities for improvement and follow through on changes.
