Job Title: Product Marketing Manager
Job Location: Fully Remote (Pacific Time Zone preferred. Open to other time zones)
Job Duration: 2.5 Years

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our Growth Acquisition team. This role will support acquisition marketing initiatives across a fast-paced, cross-functional organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in ambiguity, excels at problem-solving through data, communicates effectively, and maintains a positive, solutions-oriented mindset in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Market Analysis
  • Develop growth marketing strategies using:
    • Customer insights
    • Performance data
    • Competitive intelligence
    • Market trends
  • Conduct competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify growth opportunities to improve acquisition, marketing efficiency, and overall business performance.
Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Execute acquisition marketing campaigns and partnerships from concept through delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Support testing, learning, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Drive initiatives from strategy development through execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with:
    • Media teams
    • Product Marketing
    • Digital (.com) teams
    • Partner Marketing
    • Social Marketing
    • Analytics
    • Product teams
  • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and leadership teams.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze marketing and acquisition performance metrics.
  • Use customer behavior and performance data to guide recommendations.
  • Build presentations, reports, and strategic narratives for stakeholders and leadership.
Industry & Ecosystem Knowledge
  • Understand the Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem, including:
    • OEM partners
    • Streaming platforms
  • Identify opportunities related to:
    • Customer acquisition
    • Content discovery
    • Merchandising
    • Growth marketing partnerships
  • Stay informed about entertainment industry trends and competitive developments.
Team Support
  • Contribute wherever needed, including:
    • Strategy development
    • Data analysis
    • Presentation creation
    • Campaign execution
  • Demonstrate a hands-on, team-first approach to achieving business goals.
