Job description

ServiceNow HRSD Architect
Contract : 12 Months
Location : Hyderabad/Pan India
Remote Role

We are seeking a Principal ServiceNow HRSD Architect with 10+ years of enterprise IT experience to lead the strategic design and scaling of our global HR digital transformation. In this fully remote role, you will champion platform governance, minimize technical debt, and architect complex, cross-functional worker lifecycle workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Blueprint & Design: Lead the architectural design of global ServiceNow HRSD solutions utilizing CSDM frameworks.
• Workflow Automation: Architect end-to-end Lifecycle Events (LE) and advanced worker Center Pro portals.
• Integrations: Design secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Governance & Security: Enforce strict HR data security (COEs/ACLs) and global privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Required Qualifications
• Experience: 10+ years in IT/Enterprise Architecture, with 5+ years dedicated strictly to ServiceNow and multiple global HRSD implementations.
• Certifications: CIS-HRSD required. CAD, CTA, or CMA is highly preferred.
• Skills: Deep mastery of ServiceNow HR core, Advanced Lifecycle Events, and Integration Hub. Exceptional remote, asynchronous communication skills.
