[Job-30038] MidLevel Data Analyst, Brazil

About the Role

CI&T is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and delivering meaningful recommendations that drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI.

• Create clear data visualizations and present insights to business stakeholders.

• Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and integrity checks.

• Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Document analytical processes, methodologies, and data assets, including data dictionaries and catalogs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.

• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau or Amazon QuickSight is a plus.

• Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration.

• Understanding of databases, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences

• English communication skills

• Nice to Have: 

  • Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with data modeling best practices.
