What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding adoption for Trimble’s advanced HR solutions, directly influencing workforce management outcomes for major AECO customers and shaping the digital transformation of construction industry teams.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Lead consultative software portfolio growth by partnering with Account Executives and guiding customers through the full sales lifecycle to drive measurable adoption.
Prospect, qualify, and shape new business opportunities by leading early discovery sessions and identifying customer needs.
Deliver tailored, impactful product demonstrations to strategic stakeholders by balancing virtual and in-person engagements.
Build trusted, multi-channel relationships with industry professionals and collaborate internally to secure high-value RFIs and RFPs.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven understanding of HRIS tools, either through practical HRIS experience or by selling this specific category of software.
At least 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions or direct experience working within the construction industry.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding strategic sales targets. • Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills combined with an autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset.
Bonus Points For:
Prior construction industry expertise or dedicated SaaS sales experience within the construction sector.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products.
Logistics:
Location: Remote, US
Travel Requirement: As needed for trade shows, conventions, and customer engagements
Compensation: 170k OTE +/- Salary + Commision

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
