About The Role

We are orchestrating the best high-performing team, and building it from the ground up in Saudi Arabia!

This role is part of Yuno's Graduate Program, designed for ambitious fresh graduates looking for their first full-time opportunity. As a Junior Commercial Associate, you'll join our Commercial team, getting hands-on exposure across sales, partnerships, and relationship management as we build Yuno's presence in Saudi Arabia — with room to grow into whichever area you're strongest in.

This is a full-time position and a genuine first step into a commercial career at a global fintech.

Your contribution will be

  • Prospect and qualify new leads across the Saudi market, supporting our sales pipeline.

  • Support outreach and relationship-building with potential partners, payment methods, and acquirers.

  • Help manage communications and follow-ups with existing and prospective merchant clients.

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and pipeline data across sales, partnerships, and accounts.

  • Prepare materials, decks, and reports to support the regional commercial strategy.

  • Help shape how Yuno's commercial presence grows in the Saudi market.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English. 

  • Recent graduate (or graduating before the start date), in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field, and able to work full-time.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, relationship-driven attitude.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM-style tools.

  • Genuine interest in fintech, payments, sales, or partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or account management.

  • Familiarity with the payments or fintech ecosystem.

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Knowledge of the Saudi or broader GCC business landscape.
