Job description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Specialist to drive marketing strategy and execution across our product ecosystem. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define marketing objectives, execute campaigns, and deliver measurable commercial impact. You will lead by influence, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to scale our brand and community presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining marketing objectives in collaboration with senior leadership, translating high-level goals into actionable plans.

- Support the execution of marketing strategies and tactics on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

- Coordinate with business unit marketing leads and local/community management teams to help expand the addressable market for our products and the overall ecosystem.

- Contribute to a data-driven culture by managing project workflows across social media, web, chat, content, and video channels, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.

- Partner with Brand and PR teams to develop and maintain a consistent, compelling narrative about the company's role in the decentralized web.

- Help manage a portfolio of products across multiple brands and customer segments, supporting campaign planning and budget tracking.

- Leverage your professional network and industry knowledge to support business development and team growth as needed.

 

Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech companies, with at least 2 years in a marketing specialist role.

- Demonstrated ability to contribute to growth metrics such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, or revenue generation.

- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve work efficiency. 

- Familiarity with managing multi-brand or multi-audience product portfolios and basic understanding of conversion funnels.

- Experience supporting budget management and making data-informed recommendations on marketing program trade-offs.

- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

- Experience engaging with user or developer communities to support technology adoption.

- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with diverse, distributed teams.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

- Ability to tap into a professional network to support business objectives and team scaling efforts.
