Job description

We are seeking an accurate and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role you will input, update, and maintain data across our systems and databases, ensuring information is complete and error-free. You will verify records, correct discrepancies, and support various departments with timely data processing. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in South Africa. On a typical day you will capture data from source documents, perform quality checks, organise digital files, and generate simple reports. We offer a supportive remote environment, clear processes, and the flexibility of working from home anywhere in South Africa.

Requirements

Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred. Fast and accurate typing skills. Proficiency with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. Good written communication skills. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup. Must be based in South Africa.
