Job Summary:

Own the concept and the number. You decide what video we make and why, write the hook and script, and you carry whether it produces leads. 

This is not an aesthetic editing role. 

If you think in hooks, retention curves, and iteration loops, you’ll fit right in. 

Requirements

Where You Can Create Impact:

Lead outcomes from video, not view counts. You read the funnel dashboard, see which concepts convert demo bookings and which die, and change the next batch accordingly. The brief, hook, script, and angle come from you. You direct freelance shooters and editors to execute, and you run a steady slate of performance creatives across Meta, YouTube, and landing pages, testing at a pace rather than polishing one hero film for a month.

Who This Is For:

Someone from performance creative, a content-shop founder, or an ex-agency creative lead who has carried a number. You think in hooks and funnels. You hold a position on what will work and change it fast when the data says otherwise. 

Requirements 

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in performance creative or video-led growth. 
  • You have personally made performance video that drove a measurable business result, and can show the before and after. 
  • Team handling experience, having previously held a lead role. 
  • You write. You can direct execution. 
  • You are comfortable being judged on leads. 

Week to Week:

  • Decide the testing slate: which problems, which hooks, which formats. 
  • Write scripts and hooks that carry the first three seconds. 
  • Brief and direct freelance talent. 
  • Sit with the performance data weekly and kill, scale, or iterate based on cost per qualified lead.
