Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly ownership-driven Product Manager to build and scale products for our Third-Party Delivery (3PD) business. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and business to solve high-impact problems that directly improve restaurant profitability and operational efficiency.
You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution across revenue recovery, business intelligence, operational excellence, and menu optimization. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data, automation, and AI to build practical, scalable solutions that simplify operations and unlock growth for restaurants.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Must have requirements:
- 0 to 1 product building: Has shipped at least one product from scratch — ideally in a startup or new-initiative context.
- Shipping track record: Has owned discovery, spec, eng collaboration, launch, iteration. Not a PM who only wrote PRDs.
- Data-led decision making: Comfortable pulling and interpreting data (SQL or no-code tools fine), building hypotheses, and validating with numbers.
- Problem structuring: Can take an ambiguous situation and break it into first principles.
- User empathy + ops thinking: Understands restaurant operators — their daily pressures, how they use data.
- AI tools: Experience with AI tools to design prototypes rather than waiting for eng team bandwidth.
