Job description

The Operations Executive Assistant at GFT will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations and management activities of the organization. You will work closely with senior executives to streamline processes, manage schedules, and coordinate various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of operational projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making by senior management.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed.
  • Assist in budget management and tracking expenditures.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling orientation sessions.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willing to work remotely and US hours Monday to Friday
  • Finance background is a plus
