Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 

Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President of Booking and Content and other senior staff as needed.

 

This is a primarily remote role with onsite work 1-3 days per week, occasionally increasing to a full week based on business needs. Candidates must reside in the greater Los Angeles, CA area.

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $39.00-$45.00

This position will remain open until October 23, 2026.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the executive and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of expense reports and reimbursements
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Excels in time management with a track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years supporting senior leadership/C-suite executives, with experience in managing complex, rapidly shifting calendars and travel logistics.
