About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and fast-thinking Sales Assistant to support our sales team with day-to-day coordination, communication, and quote preparation. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, quick to learn new systems, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails from clients and internal sales team members in a timely, professional manner
  • Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Assist in preparing sales quotes and proposals (training provided)
  • Learn and maintain accuracy in company systems and sales tools
  • Track requests, follow-ups, and next steps to support deal flow
  • Communicate clearly and proactively to keep the sales process moving
