About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing team. This role will focus on designing high-quality print and digital assets across multiple channels, including event marketing, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite, has strong visual instincts, and can translate marketing ideas into polished, on-brand designs. This role will ramp up significantly over the next few months as marketing initiatives expand.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Production

  • Design print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, postcards, letters, banners, and event signage
  • Create infographics and visuals to support blog content and thought leadership pieces
  • Develop social media graphics for LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Design swag and promotional materials for events and campaigns
  • Support event marketing initiatives with cohesive, on-brand creative assets

Digital & Marketing Support

  • Design assets for landing pages and campaigns in HubSpot
  • Create presentation materials in PowerPoint for internal and external use
  • Assist with basic updates and visual assets for WordPress websites (bonus skill)
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all materials

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (marketing or in-house preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign (required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong PowerPoint design skills
  • Experience designing both print and digital materials
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong typography/layout skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • WordPress design or content support experience
  • Experience working with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
  • Background in event marketing or B2B marketing environments
