8.30am to 5pm AEST 4+years working as a processor for an Australia-based mortgage broker Must know how to read payslips, tax return & financials. Must know how to verify applicant information and living expenses Must be experienced with multi-property clients, self-employed clients Must have experience actively finding solutions for clients via researching lender policy and workshopping scenarios with BDM'S Extensive experience handling entire lending process from information gathering stage to settlemen

Core responsibilities:

Review loan applications and supporting documents. Verify applicant information and documentation. Coordinate with underwriters/creditors to ensure timely processing. Communicate with customers to request additional information if needed. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
