Minimum of 5 years’ proven, relevant experience in loan processing within a dynamic, fast-paced financial environment. Demonstrated leadership experience in training or managing junior employees effectively. Strong, effectively advanced expertise in utilizing loan processing software and systems. Exceptional attention to detail with proven robust analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple complex tasks effectively while consistently maintaining high standards. Comprehensive understanding of current regulatory guidelines and robust compliance practices.

Core responsibilities:

Oversee the comprehensive review of all incoming loan applications and all supporting documents thoroughly. Carefully verify applicant information and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and precision. Collaborate closely with experienced underwriters and additional other departments to ensure timely loan processing. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to promptly request or clarify additional information. Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulatory and internal quality standards consistently. Actively mentor and guide junior team members, providing continuous strategic training and leadership as needed. Identify and implement innovative process improvements to significantly overall enhance efficiency and service quality.
