Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years working as a Loan Processor for an Australia-based mortgage broker. 
  • Proven expertise in lending assessment, financial analysis, and data verification. 
  • Strong understanding of lending products, market trends, and lender policies. 
  • Experience handling complex client scenarios, including multi-property clients and self-employed borrowers. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in  MyCRM tool
  • Advanced skills in analyzing payslips, tax returns, and financial statements. 
  • Process Expertise: Extensive experience managing the full lending process, from information gathering to settlement. 
  • High attention to detail in verifying loan application data for accuracy and completeness. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess loan applications with a focus on accuracy and completeness. 
  • Conduct detailed financial assessments, including analyzing payslips, tax returns, and other financial documents.
  • Verify applicant information, including living expenses and creditworthiness.
  • Handle complex client scenarios, including multi-property and self-employed clients. 
  • End-to-End Loan Processing: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high levels of accuracy throughout. 
  • Market and Product Expertise: Stay updated on lending products, market trends, and policy changes to provide informed recommendations. 
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work proactively to resolve issues, ensuring smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
