Job description

We are seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions that support decision-making across sales, operations, finance, labour, and business performance. The role will focus on transforming Oracle and other business data into meaningful insights, automating reporting processes, and delivering user-friendly dashboards that improve visibility, efficiency, and operational performance across multiple locations.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support business decision-making.
  • Build sales, operational, financial, and location-level performance reporting using Oracle and other data sources.
  • Design and maintain data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and reporting structures.
  • Connect and integrate data from multiple sources, including Oracle, APIs, spreadsheets, and business systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver practical business intelligence solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating reporting outputs, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining documentation.
  • Improve reporting automation, KPI visibility, and business insights while reducing reliance on manual reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics roles.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, dashboard design, and reporting optimisation.
  • Strong SQL expertise and experience working with enterprise data sources, databases, and business systems; Oracle experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including APIs, spreadsheets, ERP systems, and business applications.
  • Strong understanding of KPI reporting, sales and operational analytics, executive reporting, and commercial performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver scalable reporting solutions in a fast-paced business environment.
