  • Generate candidate leads through outbound sourcing, referrals, and strategic recruiting initiatives

  • Maintain detailed recruitment metrics, including applicant flow, interviews, and placement results

  • Collaborate with leadership to support and execute strategic clinician recruitment plans

  • Serve as a primary communication liaison between clinician candidates and operational leadership

  • Analyze healthcare recruitment trends, market conditions, and competitive data to inform recruiting strategies

  • Partner with shared services teams to discuss and support contract negotiations and placement logistics

  • Travel up to 25% of the time to assigned markets, as needed

  • Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

  • Working knowledge of recruiting and talent management best practices

  • Comfortable negotiating and influencing in a professional, consultative manner

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team goals
