What You Will Do

Lead hiring for a wide range of roles, with a focus on industry-specific roles such as Commercial (Sales, Account Management, Operations), Marketing, Product, and other Corporate/Support functions
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies with a focus on Germany, with some international exposure
Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align hiring plans with business goals and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor
Own end-to-end recruitment: job scoping, sourcing, assessment, interview processes, and offers
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values
Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
Support improvements to recruitment processes, driving innovation and efficiency
Help reduce agency reliance and optimize time-to-hire
Maintain ATS accuracy and deliver regular recruitment reporting

What You Will Bring

Solid recruitment experience, either from a recruitment agency or in-house, working with niche roles
Expertise in sourcing, networking, interviewing, and offer negotiation at all levels
Fluent English and German communication skills are must have
A background in commercial roles and the advertising industry is highly desirable
Technical recruitment experience is nice to have
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
Experience with (or willingness to get involved in) organizing meet-ups, recruitment events, and other innovative ways of attracting the best talent
A passion for telling the company story, building our brand, and establishing new processes that challenge traditional recruitment methods
First-class interpersonal skills, with a client service-oriented mindset and acute attention to detail
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Self-motivated, with a love for working collaboratively
Tenacity and resilience to ride the sometimes unpredictable recruitment rollercoaster
