Senior Data Engineer

Maybe you call yourself a Senior Data Engineer. Or an Azure wrangler, a Databricks whisperer, a senior "works-on-my-cluster" engineer… or maybe you just call yourself Sam. Whatever you call yourself, you'll join our Delivery team and build the data platforms our clients actually run on, the pipelines and models behind the moment a client leans forward and says "wait, show me that again."

• A salary between €3,900–€5,000 gross per month + profit sharing + pension (NL only) + €5,000 annual development budget + 8% holiday allowance (NL only) + €500 home-office budget + a laptop + team outings + informal drinks + the occasional well-earned "Hey, well done Buddy!".

We deliver managed BI services for logistics and industrial companies, helping reduce data waste and move businesses forward. What you'll do

• Build and own the Azure data platforms our client accounts run on, SQL Server, Databricks, pipelines end to end. 

• Design the data models that keep it all maintainable, and Kimball dimensional modelling, where it earns its place. 

• Challenge a requirement when it doesn't add up, and bring a better option. We'd rather you push back than build the wrong thing well. 

• Take a genuinely messy, complex data problem and turn it into something the client, and the team, can actually follow. 

• Reason about what the work changes for the client, not just the ticket in front of you.
