Job description

The client is a UK-authorised Electronic Money Institution offering international payments, multi-currency accounts, and currency exchange solutions for businesses worldwide. As the company continues to scale across markets, product-led growth is becoming a key driver of acquisition, activation, and revenue expansion.

The client is looking for a Growth Product Manager to lead the Growth track within the R&D organisation. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can identify growth opportunities, run high-impact experiments, and turn product insights into measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, partnerships, and leadership to build growth loops across the customer journey.

πŸ” Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Growth product track, defining and executing initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, conversion, monetisation, and expansion;

  • Identify product-led growth opportunities across onboarding, pricing, customer journeys, account setup, FX flows, payment features, and self-service experiences;

  • Design, launch, and analyse structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses, KPIs, success metrics, and decision frameworks;

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and partnerships teams to align product growth initiatives with positioning, customer segments, market opportunities, and competitive insights;

  • Work hands-on with engineering, design, data, and product teams to prototype, test, iterate, and scale growth-focused product improvements;

  • Translate customer behaviour, funnel data, market feedback, and product analytics into actionable roadmap decisions;

  • Improve the end-to-end customer journey across self-serve and assisted channels, reducing friction and increasing adoption;

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, contributing to company-wide growth strategy, roadmap prioritisation, and revenue initiatives;

  • Monitor fintech, payments, SaaS, and PLG trends to identify new growth levers and market opportunities;

  • Build a culture of experimentation, ownership, and data-driven decision-making within the product organisation.

πŸŽ“ Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years focused on growth, acquisition, activation, monetisation, or expansion;

  • Proven experience driving measurable business growth through product experiments, funnel optimisation, and data-led decisions;

  • Strong understanding of product-led growth models, SaaS funnels, customer lifecycle metrics, and experimentation frameworks;

  • FinTech experience is required; knowledge of payments, banking, FX, multi-currency accounts, EMIs, or B2B financial products is a strong advantage;

  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and partnerships teams in a fast-moving product environment;

  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence using dashboards, product analytics tools, funnel metrics, and performance data;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership and inspire cross-functional teams;

  • High ownership, autonomy, and commercial mindset, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear action;

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

✨ The Employer Offers:

  • A strategic product role with direct impact on growth, revenue, and international expansion;

  • Fully remote work from anywhere in Europe, with flexibility and trust from day one;

  • The opportunity to work on real FinTech infrastructure, including payments, FX, and multi-currency account products;

  • Close collaboration with senior leadership, product, engineering, marketing, and partnerships teams;

  • A fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment where ownership, initiative, and experimentation are valued;

  • An international team with diverse backgrounds and a shared focus on delivering strong customer experiences;

  • Professional growth, learning opportunities, and space to shape the future of a scaling financial technology company.
