Job description

  • Analyze Meta Ads performance metrics, including CPL, CTR, LTV, and other key KPIs, and provide recommendations to improve future campaigns
  • Nurture inbound leads through the CRM and guide them toward booking appointments
  • Contact new prospects on the same day they submit an inquiry or lead form
  • Optimize SMS and email automation workflows for booked calls, missed calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing using GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Create and improve email nurture sequences for existing leads and clients
  • Develop SMS campaigns for promotions, announcements, and client engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with prospects
  • Collaborate with the team to improve marketing and sales processes
