We’re looking for a Traveller Support Agent to assist an international clientele and help deliver smooth, high-quality travel experiences.
Your role:
Support travellers in real time, manage requests and unexpected situations, and ensure excellent service throughout their journey.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in customer support or hospitality in the travel industry
  
• Job opening only for residents of Brazil.
• Fluent French, English and Spanish required.
  
• Passion for travel and global destinations
  
• Empathy, adaptability, and strong communication skills
  
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  
• Autonomous, organized, and quick to learn
• Flexible working hours
  
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking under pressure
• Confident using CRM and operational tools
• Passion for travel and customer experience
