Customer Experience & Contact Centers

After years of managing contact centres and developing quality management solutions for blue chips and global outsourcers, we know how hard it is to consistently deliver great customer service in an environment of metrics, optimisation and repetition. We understand the frustrations of having to manage complex spreadsheets, interpret unwieldy management reports, and the struggle of using software that doesn’t really work. That’s why we created EvaluAgent; the multi-channel Quality Monitoring Platform that puts an end to spreadsheets, engages agents and helps deliver a compliant customer experience!

Job description

Implementation Consultant (AI SaaS)

Remote | United States

Compensation: In the region of $85,000 to $105,000 USD - based on experience

Help enterprise organisations transform quality assurance with AI.

At evaluagent, we help organizations rethink how quality assurance is done. Our AI-powered platform enables customers to automate manual QA processes, uncover deeper insights and make better decisions faster.

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll partner with customers from discovery through go-live, helping them translate complex QA processes into scalable AI-driven workflows. You'll combine consulting, problem solving and relationship management to ensure every customer is set up for long-term success.

This isn't simply about configuring software. You'll influence how customers adopt AI, shape implementation best practices and work closely with our Product team to help drive the evolution of the platform.

If you enjoy solving complex business challenges, building trusted customer relationships and seeing the direct impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

What makes this role different?

This isn't about following a project plan or ticking off implementation tasks.

You'll take ownership of customer implementations from kickoff through successful go-live, guiding customers through every stage of their journey.

Working closely with customer stakeholders, you'll understand existing quality assurance processes, recommend best practice approaches and configure evaluagent to meet their business goals.

You'll facilitate discovery workshops, lead implementation planning, deliver customer training and ensure each customer is confident using the platform before launch.

Along the way you'll build strong relationships, proactively manage project risks and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales and Technical Success, bringing customer insight back into the business and helping shape how we continue to evolve our platform.

As you gain experience, you'll help refine our implementation methodology and share insights that influence future product development.

We're looking for someone who...

  • Has experience working directly with customers in an implementation, onboarding, solutions or consulting role, ideally within a SaaS or technology business.

  • Is an exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Thinks analytically and enjoys turning complex business challenges into clear, practical solutions.

  • Has a strong understanding of AI and Large Language Models, with the ability to explain AI-powered evaluation to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Is confident facilitating workshops and building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

  • Believes the best consultants help customers become self-sufficient rather than dependent.

  • Enjoys working collaboratively across Customer Success, Sales, Product and Technical Success.

  • Takes pride in delivering great work and is always looking for ways to improve.

Bonus points if you've worked with contact center technology, quality management, workforce engagement, CCaaS, or have experience helping customers move from manual processes to AI-powered solutions.
