Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.

  • Configure and optimize Salesforce to support business processes.

  • Build and maintain automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

  • Perform data imports, data quality maintenance, and deduplication activities.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.

  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

  • Support Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities.

  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.

  • Strong experience designing and maintaining automations using Salesforce Flow.

  • Experience with reports, dashboards, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, record types, and permission management.

  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and data management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
