Job description

LEVEL UP AND START A NEW ADVENTURE!

Altagram Group is a leading video game localization and QA service provider, with offices in Europe, North America, and Asia. We are looking for a motivated Partnership Manager (APAC) to support our business growth in the region.
In this role, you will focus on building new client relationships and managing existing accounts. You will promote our full range of services, including text localization, QA, and audio production, and help game studios deliver high-quality experiences to players worldwide.



YOUR ROLE

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with game studios and publishers in the APAC region
  • Prepare client proposals and presentations based on each client’s needs
  • Lead pricing discussions and support contract negotiations
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts over time
  • Work closely with internal teams (Project Management, QA, Audio, Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Represent Altagram at industry events and conferences in the region

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B account management, partnerships, or sales
     (experience in game localization, game publishing, or related industries is preferred)
  • Good understanding of the APAC gaming market; an existing industry network is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Japanese or Korean
  • Good written and spoken English (professional level; native-level not required)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely across different time zones
