The ideal candidate has progressed from a Business Analyst (BA) role into Project Management, bringing a strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management. This role requires hands-on experience managing ERP or SaaS implementations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
