Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to establish and grow Tricon's PET distribution business across Europe. As the first commercial hire dedicated to PET distribution in the region, you will play a key role in building the business from the ground up by developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and identifying new market opportunities.

Working closely with global trading, logistics, and operations teams, you will deliver customer-focused solutions and contribute to the future growth of Tricon's European PET business.


Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow Tricon's PET distribution business across Europe.
- Identify, win, and develop new customers while managing strategic accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with customers across the PET value chain.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing.
- Work closely with trading, logistics, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Travel regularly throughout Europe to meet customers and represent Tricon at industry events.
- Support the future growth of the European PET commercial team.


Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience within the PET industry.
- Proven track record in PET sales and business development.
- Existing network of customers and strong industry relationships across Europe.
- Strong understanding of PET distribution, including logistics and supply chain.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
- Fluent English.
- Experience working for a PET producer, distributor, or trading company (preferred)
- Additional European language(s) (preferred)
- Knowledge of recycled PET (rPET) and sustainability trends (preferred)
