Job Title: HubSpot Revenue Operations Manager (Systems Builder)

About the Role

We are looking for a systems-minded HubSpot Revenue Operations Manager to help design, build, and scale our Revenue Operating System.

Let’s be clear from the start: This is NOT a data-entry role, nor is it a traditional, passive HubSpot administrator position.

We need an architect—someone who can look at our business strategy and translate it into clean, automated, and highly efficient marketing and sales infrastructure. You will be responsible for mapping processes, building complex workflows, and ensuring our data gives us a clear picture of our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Architecture & Workflow Design: Build, optimize, and maintain a clean HubSpot environment that connects our marketing and sales efforts seamlessly.
  • Process Mapping & Documentation: Don't just build it—document it. You’ll create clear process maps so the team understands how the systems function.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Structure and oversee pipelines to ensure leads move smoothly and sales reps can focus on closing.
  • Automation & Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in our current setup and recommend/implement smart automation solutions.
  • Dashboards & KPI Development: Build data-driven dashboards that provide real-time visibility into revenue metrics and team performance.
  • Growth Infrastructure: Help design and develop tracking systems for referrals and lead-generation campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

  • Deep HubSpot Expertise: You know the platform inside and out and view it as an ecosystem, not just a CRM.
  • Systems Thinking: You naturally look at a business problem and see the step-by-step process needed to solve it.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must. You can explain complex technical setups to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: A proven track record of supporting and aligning sales and marketing teams.
  • Strategic Execution: You are comfortable taking high-level business goals and turning them into practical, operational systems.

Position Details & Requirements

  • Working Hours: Must be fully comfortable and willing to work during U.S. business hours.
  • Integrity & Transparency: The individual who interviews must be the person executing the daily work. White-labeling or outsourcing this role is strictly prohibited.
  • Interview Process: A camera-on interview is required for all stages of the selection process.
