  • We’re looking for a Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment and takes pride in speed, precision, and consistency.

  • This role is essential to scaling our video content engine. You’ll work from established creative direction, templates, and brand guidelines to produce a high volume of video assets across demand generation channels—including paid and organic social, podcast clips, and marketing campaigns.

  • This is a great role for someone who enjoys the execution side of video—editing quickly, iterating often, and delivering polished content at scale.

  • This position will be remote in Mexico

  • Reports to: Senior Director of Creative

     

What You Will Own

  • Edit high volumes of short-form video content for paid and organic social channels

  • Turn long-form content (e.g., podcasts, webinars) into engaging short clips

  • Adapt and version video assets for multiple formats and platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Execute against templates, brand guidelines, and creative direction provided by the internal team

  • Add captions, motion graphics, music, and basic effects to enhance engagement

  • Support campaigns, product marketing, and promotions with fast-turn video assets

  • Manage quick turnarounds, including same-day or overnight requests when needed

  • Maintain strong organization of files, assets, and versions

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 1–3 years of experience in video editing or motion design

  • Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar

  • Experience editing for social media and performance marketing channels

  • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and attention-grabbing hooks

  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

  • High attention to detail, especially with timing, audio, and captions

  • Comfort working from templates and producing high volumes of variations

  • Familiarity with AI video tools (or willingness to learn)

What Will Make Us Love You

  • A really great understanding of compelling, attention-grabbing hooks that work well on TikTok, Instragram and Facebook

  • Experience editing podcasts or long-form content into short clips

  • Understanding of editing techniques that perform well in paid social

  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills

  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
