  • Partnership Success You will be a valuable business partnership to partnership teams, working with Sales and Marketing to understand partner impact and opportunities while connecting with Accounting and Finance for improving partner reporting.

  • Standardized Dashboards & KPI Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards (primarily in Sigma) and KPI frameworks working alongside PMs, Engineers, and Revenue Ops to provide clear metrics and analytics on performance, health, and business outcomes.

  • Identify Trends and Opportunities: You will analyze E2E performance to identify trends and opportunities in sales, adoption, usage, retention, and cancellation behavior to surface insights that drive decisions and actions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with your immediate team and key business stakeholders. You will make decisions within your defined scope, proactively communicate findings in a structured, concise, and data-driven approach, and provide recommendations to drive short and long term success.

  • Data Quality & Self-Service: You will help maintain and scale our analytics data foundation, assisting in building self-service capabilities that empower team-wide data decisions.

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Technical Proficiency: You have strong, independent SQL skills and experience building clear dashboards using data visualization tools (such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI). Experience utilizing modern AI tools in your analytics workflows is a plus.

  • CRM & Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Salesforce data structures to analyze sales pipelines, upsell sales motion, and customer growth profiles.

  • Independent Execution & Prioritization: Proven ability to manage day-to-day work independently, navigate ambiguous datasets, and balance competing stakeholder requests from different departments.

  • Collaborative Relationship Building: Experience building positive relationships within your team and department, coordinating effectively to support joint objectives.

  • Clear Communication: Ability to clearly and openly communicate data findings in writing and speech, translating technical data points into straightforward updates for your stakeholders.

What Will Make Us Love You

  • Growth Mindset: You eagerly accept personal and professional feedback, applying it to refine your analytical methods and grow your mastery of the product domain. This includes leaning into new AI technologies and solutions.

  • Values-Driven Team Player: You naturally align your work habits with our core valuesβ€”Stay Hungry, Think Creatively, Care More, The Customer is Everything, and Do the Right Thing.
