About Diana Health: Diana Health is a high-growth network of modern women's health practices on a mission to set a new standard of care that inspires, empowers, and supports women to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. We partner directly with hospitals using integrated care teams, smart technology, and a thoughtfully designed care experience that is good for patients and good for providers. The result is an individualized, comprehensive care program that puts women in the driver's seat of their own health.

We are an interdisciplinary team joined together by a shared commitment to transforming women's health.

Come join us!

Role Description:

We're looking for a full-time Women's Health Clinical Recruiter who genuinely loves the human side of hiring. You're the kind of recruiter who remembers the details, follows up because you actually care, and takes real pride in making candidates feel seen throughout the process β€” not just moved through a pipeline.

In this role, you'll own the full recruitment life cycle for Advanced Practice Provider positions across our multi-state practices, connecting talented CNMs, WHNPs, and other APPs with clinical teams that are doing truly meaningful work for women and families. You'll be a key part of a small, collaborative recruiting team where your contributions are visible, valued, and directly tied to patient impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles, including:
    • Sourcing passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, and other specialty talent resources, as well as generating referrals
    • Reviewing resumes and initiating thoughtful, personalized outreach to prospective candidates
    • Conducting in-depth initial interviews to assess fit for each site's specific needs
    • Coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
    • Building and nurturing candidate pipelines for current and future openings
  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process; escalate questions or concerns to hiring managers and leadership as appropriate
  • Deliver routine and ad hoc hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of this role

Experience / Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience is required
  • Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) strongly preferred; familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing requirements, and compensation benchmarks is a significant plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; Greenhouse experience a plus
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience Sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a warm, relationship-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly to candidates, hiring managers, and clinical leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Medical, dental & vision plans with HSA/FSA option
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off
  • Paid parental leave

Diana Health Culture:

  • Growth mindset β€” continuous learning and improvement are in our DNA
  • Positive, can-do, "how can I help?" attitude
  • Deep empathy for our team, our candidates, and our patients
  • Ownership mentality β€” we drive to results
