Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Maltese speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Athens, Greece.  

 

Position: Customer Service Representative (Maltese)

Location: Athens, Greece 

Work model: Remote

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, chats, emails and messages professionally

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

  • Provide accurate information using internal tools and systems

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships

  • Meet individual and team performance KPIs and quality standards

  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Follow internal procedures, guidelines and service policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or near-native Maltese speaker

  • Good command of English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Customer service mindset and interpersonal skills

  • Basic MS Office knowledge

  • Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment

  • Ability to work fixed shifts (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00)

  • Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles

  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems

  • Experience in international or multilingual support environments.
