| Data Analytics Team Liaison We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to work closely with our data agile teams to capture and communicate their accomplishments, highlights, and quantifiable business values to higher leadership and larger audiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with data agile teams to collect and document their achievements and business impact on an ongoing basis Develop and maintain comprehensive presentations to showcase the team's work and present to senior leadership and broader audiences Adapt communication strategies to support organizational change management projects, including understanding stakeholder needs and developing tailored communication approaches Serve as a liaison between the Data Analytics team and stakeholders, proactively addressing their needs and ensuring successful implementation of change initiatives Key Skillsets: Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data & Analytics, and Reporting environments Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging presentations and effectively communicate with diverse audiences Familiarity with change management principles and practices Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and adapt communication strategies to meet organizational needs Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and respond to changing stakeholder needs Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience working with stakeholders to drive organizational change.
